9) Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, you agree to:

  • provide accurate event details, locations, and timelines;
  • secure permissions for venues/locations where required;
  • ensure safe working conditions and reasonable access for our team;
  • communicate any specific must-have shots, restrictions, or sensitive considerations before the session/event.

10) Deliverables, Editing Style, and Delivery Time

  • We deliver edited outputs based on our creative style unless a different style is agreed in writing.
  • Delivery timelines may vary by season and project scope; we will provide an estimated timeframe upon booking.
  • Raw/unedited files are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

11) Image Use License (Client Use)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • You receive a personal-use license to use delivered images/videos for personal sharing and printing.
  • Commercial use (ads, brand campaigns, paid promotions, resale, publication for business) requires written permission and may require an additional license fee.
